Semi/Fully Autonomous Driving
FJDynamics Autosteering Kit uses sensor fusion consisting of satellite navigation, inertial navigation and computer vision to control the steering wheel so that the vehicle can drive automatically in a straight line. In semi-autonomous mode, the driver only need to steer the wheel when turning around and control the brake/throttle/gear when needed, the vehicle will drive in a straight-line in most of the time.
Semi/Fully Autonomous Driving
In full-autonomous mode, the autosteering kit takes over the control of the whole vehicle and operates itself according to path-planning which is done before the vehicle starts. In this mode, more sensors such as the vision camera and millimeter-wavelength Radar will need to be activated for obstacle detection and avoidance. The driver only needs to sit in the vehicle and monitor the operation until emergency occurs when the driver will need to interfere.
Obstacle Avoidance
Safety is always the first priority for autosteering driving. With the obstacle avoidance function, FJDynamics Autosteering Kit makes the Agri-vehicles as safe as commercial vehicles.
Environmental Sensing
The fully-autonomous package provides environmental awareness for the vehicles and through computer vision and other sensing techniques, FJD Autosteering Kit will be able to keep sensing the surrounding environment proactively so the safety of operation could be ensured. Deep learning is employed to detect and recognize different obstacles, such as people, tree trunks, haystack, mounds, etc.
Precise Execution
Based on the environmental information collected by various sensors, FJD Autosteering Kit will make decisions and have the decisions executed by controlling the vehicle's throttle, brakes, clutches and gears.
Centimeter-Level Positioning Accuracy
Using GPS, GLONASS, Beidou and GALILEO satellite signals, RTK technology for precise positioning, self-developed high-torque waterproof and dust-proof motor, the FJD Autosteering Kit can automatically adjust the vehicle's travel direction and the operation accuracy of up to 2.5 cm.
